Iron Fist, also known as Big Hand Little Hand, is a final stage jow.  It toughens the skin, strengthens tendons and prevents blood stagnation while training. This is a hand toughening formula for iron palm or iron fist training. This formula will prevent infection and help the skin become strong, but not callused. This is provided in a 4oz bottle.
